1.Graduated from high school or equivalent. CMA preferred, but not required.
2.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally, written, and computer.
3..Previously demonstrated performance in a medical environment.
4..Knowledge of medical terminology.
5.Has awareness of the need for discretion and keeping confidential matters relating to the patient.
6.Good organizational skills.
7.Tact and diplomacy.
8.Experience with EMR preferred; able to utilize and demonstrate capability of proper documentation.
