Arizona Charlie’s Boulder (Las Vegas, NV)

Description:

Summary:

Responsible for selling Bingo cards, calling the game, floor verifications, and payouts. Assist customers in learning to play Bingo by providing information and instructions.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Sell Bingo cards and mobile units to customers and account for funds
  • Circulate throughout the Bingo room and help players as necessary
  • Drop and activate the blower, clearly and distinctly calling out the letter and number of each ball as it is drawn 
  • Place the balls on camera pedestal so the letters and numbers are displayed on the monitors
  • Pick up mobile units and return them to their respective slots
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Prior Bingo experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in a team or group environment
  • Ability to successfully operate Bingo equipment and verify winning cards
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Able to effectively communication in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

  • Occasionally push/pull, lift and/or carry up to 20lbs.
  • Occasionally bend, reach, twist, and sit
  • Frequently stand and communicate via paging system
