Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Associates Degree plus (four) 4 years of casino surveillance. (Two) 2 of the (four) 4 years must be in a supervisory capacity; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant and direct experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement; or must have successfully worked as a TOGE Surveillance Lead Officer or Surveillance Officer for (three) 3 years. Must be 18 years of age or older. No felony, theft, assault or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain a gaming license and to include the following:

•Knowledge of investigative procedures and techniques.
•Knowledge of Policies and Procedures.
•Knowledge of all in house gaming devices.
•Knowledge of fraud detection.
•Knowledge of supervisory techniques.
•Ability to operate surveillance equipment.
•Ability to communicate, read, and write clearly in basic English.
•Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
•Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situation where only limited standardization exists.
•Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
•Ability to analyze information and write reports.
•Ability to work in a stressful fast-paced environment.
•Skill in operating business computers and office machines, including in a Windows environment, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and presentation software (such as PowerPoint).
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the team member regularly is required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to walk. The team member occasionally is required to stand; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
Work is generally performed in an office and casino setting with exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level. Evenings, graveyards, holidays and/or weekend work is required. Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.
